Cancellations
Appointments canceled at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee, as outlined in our cancellation policy.

Prepaid Services or Packages
Unused services in prepaid packages may be eligible for a prorated refund.
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
